??China Crypto Rankings Are BS! Bitcoin Super Low… How Is Verge Included?!

Recently, an institute connected to the Chinese government (CIID) released their first cryptocurrency rankings/ratings. These rankings were particularly interesting because Bitcoin was ranked super low while Verge was included on the list. Also, does this mean that China will become more friendly to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology?
