Here is just a brief overview of what goes into building these monstrosities. I am no expert at Crypto Currency Mining but these machines do fascinate me and I haven’t seen too many videos that really show off these systems. I certainly haven’t seen so many of them in one place either.
There are a combination of GPU in these systems and they are made up of:
R9 290’s – 280X’s – 270’s
All together they hash at about 15.2 Mega Hash a second
On the GPU they get to about 90 Degrees Celsius but temps emanating from the cards get to about 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
They are stored in the garage and have box fans blowing and exhausting air all around them.
