Axis Bank Starts Using Ripple, GMO Offers XRP | XRP/USD Shows Mild Bullish Sentiment

Hi it’s Invest Diva’s Kiana with News BTC and here is your crypotocurrency update. It was only two weeks ago that American Express, Santander teamed up with Ripple for cross-border payments via blockchain. Now, India’s third-largest private sector bank, Axis Bank has launched instant international payment services using the enterprise blockchain technology solution from Ripple. The company says that Ripple’s technology can reduce the time for international money transfer to 5-10 seconds from the existing 3-5 days. Another company that’s jumping on the cryptocurrency train is GMO Coin, the virtual currency trading subsidiary of GMO Internet Inc. They have announced Ripple is set to join their cryptocurrency offering lineup on November 29, 2017. Now let’s take a look at Ripple’s XRP itself. XRP’s price continues its slow march up above the Ichimoku cloud’s daily setup. But unlike its other cryptocurrency cousins such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, the bullish momentum appears to be much weaker. That’s why the future cloud appears to be flat, and XRP/USD has a fair way to go before reaching the key resistance level of 0.2790. However, with more and more companies offering XRP and teaming up with Ripple, reaching new highs could only be a matter of time. Thanks for watching, invest responsibly, and I’ll see you with more updates tomorrow.
