Should You Invest In Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency?

I get asked a lot about what I think of cryptocurrency and bitcoin so this is me, sharing my thoughts and feelings on it. I personally have not invested in these but at the end of the day, I choose the fast and steady approach to financial security. Here are reasons why I love what real estate does in comparison to cryptocurrency and any other investment:

1. Real estate is physical
2. Real estate produces cash flow
3. Real estate has a cyclical dependable growth
