Cryptocurrency miners are using YouTube ads to earn Monero

Some YouTube ads have a JavaScript code that forces your computer to be a CPU-draining cryptocurrency miner. The parties doing this are earning Monero, and no one knows how much they’ve earned in the time those ads have been running. Google has stepped into help fight the problem, so we’ll see how that turns out.
