I recently came across an article talking about this lawsuit which had implementations of nearly $4 billion dollars of Ripple entering the market at $0.0085 each. R3 is trying to sue Ripple for not following through on their apparent deal to sell R3 5 Billion XRP at the price of $0.0085 each.
