After getting no response from Cryptopia I see that you where aware of cryptopia issues, but still allowed me, with no warning to transfer funds from my official ETN account to Cryptopia, so I am now left with no other option than to inform you, that I will be filing a case in the small case division Magistrates court against ETN Electroneum Ltd. Registered in England No. 10845797 for the value of the coins at the time of transfer. As you where fully aware of Crytopia wallet issues, but still allowed, transfers from the ETN wallet to take place.
TODAYS DATE 21/03/2018 If this matter is not resolved within 14 days from 21/03/2018 then a case will be submitted against Electroneum Ltd. Registered in England No. 10845797 for the outstanding funds, plus costs incurred. Also documenting this issue as this kind of thing should not be happening,
