Zimbabwean election authorities have dismissed reports alleging irregularities in postal voting currently underway ahead of the July 30 polls…The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission is adamant that postal voting is being done in accordance with the law. It says the Electoral Act states that postal ballots are a secret and no-one can be present or observe the voting.
