Bitcoin’s road to recovery and the death of Ripple?

Bitcoin seems to be steady in its recovery while Ripple has all but faded. Other than some sporadic announcements, there hasn’t been a steady flow of news concerning the crypto market over the last few months. Cryptocurrencies seem to be trading similarly to more traditional markets, like stocks or Forex pairs.

Bitcoin

The big level for BTC has been around $5,500 to $6,000 mark. This has been the floor since last year’s sharp drop. We last saw BTC hit those levels back in February and three times over the summer – June, July and mid-August. There has been a steady recovery over the past three weeks, with support around $6,800. It could be time to start targeting a price hike to the $8,500 mark.

Ripple

It’s a vastly different scenario for XRP. We’ve hit fresh lows of $0.24 in August. It seems that this crypto continues to fade away as BTC recovers. Unfortunately for this crypto, there is no imminent sign of recovery. Could this mean the end of Ripple?
