The Canon EOS R (buy at http://sdp.io/r or win at http://freesdp.com) is the newest full-frame mirrorless camera. For YouTubers making vlogs, it’s probably the best all-around camera with dual-pixel autofocus, a flip screen, weather resistance, and a big battery. However, it has some HUGE drawbacks compared to competing cameras: no sensor stabilization, a ridiculous 1.8X crop on 4k video, and slow-motion only at 720p. We review the Canon EOS R to see if it will be our new vlogging camera.
