xRapid Launching, XRP In Use ? Ethereum Might Be Hosed With SEC, But I Doubt It… $XRP Ripple $ETH

Ripple is apparently going to be launching their xRapid product, which uses XRP ($XRP) in the next month or so, which is super exciting! It’s kind of like a platform launching their mainnet, except that people might actually care about it!

Ethereum might be in trouble, but I doubt it. SEC Chairman Jay Clayton issued a statement today that could be construed as a possible impending walkback of previous statements about not regulating Ethereum as a security. However, the statement was not directly related to cryptocurrencies, so it’s not likely going to impact them.
