XRP has a fast transaction time but big volatility. What’s needed in payment networks are high-speed ultra-stablecoins which comply with international regulations. Ripple’s framework can plug into various blockchains and cryptos, and I expect it to do so in the future, rather than use XRP. SEC issues loom.
