Blockstream are the ones scamming you and lying to you, they are the ones using Bitcoin name for their systems that have nothing to do with Bitcoin system.
Both of their products, Lightning & Liquid are side chains, which are not using Bitcoin system in any shape or form, yet they are using the Bitcoin name to trick you into thinking that they do.
At the same time they accuse whole ecosystem of Bitcoin Cash and its supporters as being a scam, saying that it should not be using Bitcoin in the name, that it should be called Bcash, completely ignoring the fact that Bitcoin Cash is factually the only valid blockchain that works as per the Bitcoin white paper, which means that Bitcoin Cash is in fact the real Bitcoin.
If you are new to Bitcoin and crypto, please learn whole history of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, you have to understand its history to understand it and know who is lying to you and who isn’t.
