Amazon has grown from an unknown online bookseller to one of the most valuable and powerful corporations in modern history. But, as big as Amazon seems, the company’s sales are small compared to big box retailers like Walmart. To compete, Amazon has to do something counterintuitive: it has to move into the real world.
