Ripple XRP, price needs to increase drastically to have available liquidity at all times. At its current price, there is not enough liquidity to solve huge issues and with the projects that they are apparently going to be taking on, it needs to increase drastically.
That is what David Schwartz means when he says “the bigger the pric of XRP, the bigger payments the firm can target”. In other words we have a low supply and what the current price is at, it will not do XRP any justice.
