The Stratis Full Node is the upcoming C# rewrite of the stratisX node (written in C++) currently supporting the Stratis network.
In this video, I’m comparing how fast the 2 nodes download the Stratis TestNet blockchain.
The video is sped up during the actual download, but in a nutshell, by the time the Stratis Full Node is done downloading 650,000 blocks (in 1h20′), the stratisX only has downloaded 65,000.
This represents an enormous increase in performance, all without compromising on security.

Download: 02:45 to 06:00 (sped up x25)
Conclusion: 06:00 to 6:55
