Talk Time #1 – Canon EOS R, New Boots & ‘Alex Nail’ Landscape Photography Book

Talk Time #1 – Canon EOS R, New Boots & ‘Alex Nail’ Landscape Photography Book

Not been out since my last photography and hillwalking trip to Glen Lyon. Currently spent last 3 weekends fixing my car which I can safely say has been resurrected from the dead.

Have also been thinking about a new camera in particular the new ‘Canon EOS R’ which I discuss in this little bit of ‘Talk Time’ along with what new boots I decided to eventually buy.

Also show and mention a new book from a fantastic landscape photographer Alex Nail who has captured some fantastic images from all over Scotland.

Mention in the Vlog that he was Scottish but he is actually based in Bristol so my appologies Alex and hope you don’t take offence.

Also you can get direct mount Tamorn lenses for the Sony such as the 28-75 f/2.8 which is also meant to be outstanding. However what i meant to say is they do not have a good direct mount 16-35 lens as yet for sony.

So just a little bit of a ramble and let me know your thoughts below as always.

Despite their modest height, walking and climbing in any mountains may be made treacherous by their latitude and exposure to weather systems. Even in summer, conditions can be atrocious; thick fog, strong winds, driving rain and freezing summit temperatures are commonplace. The content shown in my films are just my own opinions, thoughts and as a way to record my trips.

WARNING – Walking and hiking in the mountains & hills can be dangerous and is done entirely at your own risk.
