Mr X, Ada Wong’s X-Ray Gun And 5 Best Resident Evil 2 Remake Changes

Let’s look at Resident Evil 2 Remake changes, from the new Mr X (aka the Tyrant) and lickers to Ada Wong’s puzzle-solving X-ray gun and light machine gun. All in our brand new Resident Evil 2 gameplay. Tasty! For more on Shadow, the high-end PC in the cloud, check out: https://shdw.me/RPS

Shadow is a high-end, cloud-based computer accessible on any internet-enabled device. Just like any Windows 10 PC, you can use it to work, play or browse – it has the specs to handle any game, and comes with an integrated fibre connection, perfect for downloading any game or uploading a video at the speed of light.

In Resident Evil 2 remake Ada Wong is the star of a more puzzling section, with an EMF Visualiser – AKA: the X-Ray gun – that lets her see through walls and meddle with cables. It makes for good puzzles, especially with the new Tyrant following behind. Ah yes, he’s back. In Resident Evil 2 remake Mr X is still stomping after you – this time he can follow you pretty much anywhere and move from room to room as you try to solve puzzles. The Resident Evil 2 Tyrant is a terrifying character – you can’t kill him (yet) and it means you can never rest.

We also look at the Resident Evil 2 Remake licker – one of the most iconic villains given a fresh lick (yes!) of paint. These skinless freaks hang out on the ceilings like the alien in Alien; good thing you’ve got a load of flame rounds to burn them to a cinder. I’m not sure if I’m more sacred of Resident Evil 2 remake Tyrant or licker, but both killed us an unholy amount of times. These are just some of the changes we highlight in this new video.

We played the game on PS4 – it comes to PC on January 25, 2019 – but this Resident Evil 2 remake gameplay hopefully gives you a good idea of what to expect. It’s a fantastic rebirth with loads of features and changes that left a great impression on us. We’ll hopefully have a Resident Evil 2 remake review up on the channel before release, but this is currently shaping into something special. For more Resident Evil 2 remake impressions why not read our Resident Evil 2 verdict on the earlier Leon demo, showing off the police station minus a Tyrant.
