BLUE Turkey for Christmas? I head down to Bay Hotel’s Rumah Rasa SG restaurant to solo this out-of-the-world Christmas culinary creation!
This tandoori flavored turkey is braised in blue butterfly pea till tender before being roasted in the oven, that explains it’s mystical blue color. For the stuffing wise, it’s made using Indomie with a bunch of spices. Their gravy (which is made using the turkey’s liver and innards) is definitely one of best i’ve ever had.
