Supreme Court Cryptocurrency case hearing postponed to February 26th

The ongoing RBI vs Cryptocurrency Case in the Supreme Court has been pushed for hearing on February 26th. While the case did come for hearing today, senior advocates from both the parties were not present as they did not expect the case to come for a hearing in the Supreme Court. According to blockchain regulatory analysis platform Crypto Kanoon, the case will now come up for hearing on February 26th on ‘Top of the List’ which means that the case will be listed as serial no. 1 on the Cause list. It is highly likely that we will see some movement in the case on February 26th. Fingers crossed!
