STX Surgeon RX3 Hockey Gloves Review

STX Surgeon RX3 Hockey Gloves Review

Huge thank you to STX for sending me these gloves to do a review on.

I am a fan of the STX Surgeon RX3 gloves, they are very protective and fairly comfortable with a durable palm because of the Superfabric material.

With that said I found these gloves to run a bit bigger than traditional anatomical fitting gloves and looser as well. I feel that is in part due to the M2 knuckle they use which is a feature where they do not stitch the fingers to the back hand of the glove to create a more broken in feel and to limit restriction of movement in the fingers. Personally I feel this opens up a gap for protection and also makes the gloves feel a bit bigger than they would otherwise.

At $100 these gloves are a great value and should be looked at, I just wish the M2 knuckle was sewn together or at least tighter

If you purchase or decide not to purchase or even if you have a piece of gear you want me to review it would be greatly appreciated if you could reach out to the manufacturers and mention me to help get me on their radar!

While I also hate to promote my other things, it has become evident to me it is important to get a viewer base that will help me continue doing reviews like this (I can’t afford to always buy new equipment!).
