A proposed change to the XRP Ledger will allow users to delete wallets and recover the required reserve XRP (Currently 20 XRP) to another wallet.
This change has the benefit of allowing users to recover the reserve, but the disadvantage of allowing malicious users to recover setup costs for the attack.
Is this sacrificing network security instead of allowing the marketplace to solve the problem?
