Supreme Court gives government four weeks to finalise cryptocurrency regulations in India

Breaking cryptocurrency news: The Supreme Court of India heard the cryptocurrency matter today, and in an unexpected move, asked the government of India to finalise cryptocurrency regulations within four weeks. According to updates provided by Crypto Kanoon, if the government does not come up a cryptocurrency regulatory framework in India within four weeks, the court will make its own ruling in the case. The decision will put a lot of pressure on the government to expedite the process and formulate a legal framework for cryptocurrencies based on the findings of the crypto committee led by Subhash Chandra Garg. It is indeed great news for the Indian cryptocurrency community that the government has been asked to come up with a decision on cryptocurrency regulation soon.
