Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch ?
Ingredients
Eggs -3
Onion-4
Green chilli -1
Curryleaves-
Ginger Garlic paste -2tsp
Tomato Ketchup -2tsp
Garam Masala -1/2tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder-1/4tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt-
Water-1/4cup
Oil-11/2tbsp
Ingredients for Ada
Rice flour-1cup
Hot water-11/2cup
salt-
Oil
Method
Boil and deshell the egg cut and keep aside .
Heat oil and add onion,green chilli ,salt,curryleaves and ginger garlic paste .
Saute well till light brown shade.
Then add all powders and saute till raw smell goes .
Now add tomato ketchup and mix .
Pour some hotwater and mix well,then add egg and mix well..
Keep aside .the filling is ready
For the dough heat water add salt and oil .
To that add rice flour and mix well ..
After few minutes knead well ..
When cool ,take vazhayila and spread small portion and spread nicely ..
in the centre spread filling,close well ,make rest of the ada same like this .or u can make kozhukkatta .
Steam for 10 minutes
So enjoy healthy tasty egg ada..
