DigiByte has been victim of the most profitable joke!
Dear Promising Traders, this morning DigiByte has dropped by over 10% and went back up to almost where it was before in less than a minute!
These things happen sometimes and usually they wipe out lots of traders, some by their own stop losses and some by their leverages (and they lose it all).
Usually one or more big orders are displayed in the order book (in this case sell orders). These orders are big enough to scare traders who begin to sell before it’s too late. These panic sales obviously generate a drop in the price and start to trigger stop losses which contribute to lowering the price and some less lucky get completely wracked by their brokers due to their leverage tradings. Usually the ones who initiated the ‘fake’ sell order are the ones that bring the price back up to where it was before, making immense profits.
The problem with these events is that they have repercussions to the previous trend.
We now have no idea whether DigiByte can resume the original bullish look or if this will make it drop more.
