10 yr staking – 1 token 1 vote – standby producers scrapped – BP pay goes to 0.5% – resources are different to voting & other changes that Dan Larimer has proposed
Summary of Dan’s Proposed Changes
1. 3.5% inflation total
2. 1T1V (can only vote for one BP)
3. REX doesn’t have voting
4. Six pools: 3m, 6m, 1yr, 2yr, 5yr, 10yr
Each pool gets 0.5% inflation yearly
Can move up to a longer pool at any time
Can move down at rate limit (e.g. 7%/week on a 3 month plan)
5. BP pay reduced to 0.5%, remove all standby BPs
6. Staking for NET/CPU is separate from staking for rewards + voting
7. Remove block pay (extra pay top 21 get)
8. Missed blocks reduce total rewards for voters
