She chats with Robert about using data-driven IoT technologies to rethink processes and provide solutions to address business, social, and environmental challenges. “When you can actually monitor something, you see it get better…” says Richardson, citing cross-industry use cases as diverse as improving hand hygiene among health care professionals, auditing the chemistry of dishwashers in the food service industry, and collecting water readings at 6 billion datapoints/month, to improve water quality, make food safer, make the environment healthy, and create abundant energy.
