Singapore confirmed two more cases of a new strain of coronavirus today, just a day after identifying its first case of the infection that originated from China.
This means as of Friday evening, the island-nation had a total of three confirmed cases.
Singapore’s health ministry said it expected more imported cases because of the high travel volume from China.
In Malaysia, the Ministry of Health (MOH) revealed that all four suspected coronavirus patients have tested negative.
