Technology Preview of the Stratis Filesystem for Linux

In this episode of the CyberGizmo we explore the technology preview of the new Stratis filesystem from RedHat. Stratis is designed to be a Copy-on-Write filesystem which makes it easier to perform snapshots, encryption, compression and expands and contract the filesystem without needing a degree in computer science or the need to read volumes and volumes of instruction manuals to setup. In this video I talk about the capabilities of Stratis and perform a benchmark comparing the results with Btrfs, ext4 and xfs.
