Just so people understand this is not a tutorial or even meant to be an accurate representation of how long it may take someone else to setup. The calibration portion was purposefully drawn out to demonstrate some tricks I use to get good calibration. Everything that was done here was done for a reason even if it is a bit anal. This is my personal method and the length was about doubled because of the update which happens more or less infrequently. You can absolutely be up and running in 2 minutes depending on many things.
