One of the best news we could have hoped for in the case regarding Ripple vs the SEC, we finally have it. A judge has basically dropped a bombshell on the SEC by simply saying that XRP resembles a currency and that XRP has utility even better than Bitcoin or Ether.

The two most are regarding the judge and the second on SEC will make selling XRP illegal (if it is deemed to be security) only for Ripple and its employees.
