The somewhat rare VRC-1004 from session great Michael Boddicker has a weird mix of sounds from film score/sound design types to your regular old slap bass. Was it worth used market pricing? Probably not. But if you are a collector you know the need for completing the collection…Boddicker, like many of the other session guys of that era were all people you’d see in liner notes and imagine the cool life they led playing on all the great records of the era…anyone have VRC-1005?
