OMG 800 year old HAMMERED Silver I Detectival June 2023 I Garrett ACE APEX

OMG I found the OLDEST Hammered Silver coin EVER on the HOTTEST and hardest place I’ve ever metal detected at Detectival June 2023. I took the Garrett AT Max out on the Saturday and then took the Garrett ACE APEX out on the Sunday. The temperature was incredibly hot, the flies were out biting and my Hay Fever was killing me. I sat in the grass completely expecting a ring pull when the most AWESOME Hammered silver coin popped out of the hole!! Its the first thing I’ve ever found at an event like Detectival, usually I just go for the company and atmosphere, which was fantastic this year…… To say I’m CHUFFED is an understatement. Woohoo well done Barnie APEX.
