EOS is officially NOT a Security! The SEC grants a waiver to block.one and EOS, after fining block.one for $24 million. Block.one raised $4.1 billion during it’s ICO. $24 million is 0.58% (half a percent) of what they raised. This brings new regulatory certainty to the EOS blockchain for all who will build upon it.
