Hello Doston, aaj ke video me maine aapse baat ki hai HDFC Bank ki taraf se aane waale notice ke baare me jo Cryptocurrency/Virtual currency me agar koi transaction karta hai to unko notice bheja jaa raha hai. Ye RBI regulation 2017 ke tahat notice bheja jaa raha hai par 2023 me Supreme Court ke order ke baad ab RBI ka 2017 Regulation lagu nahi hota. Maine iske baare me yaha detail me bataya hai ki aapko kya steps/action lena chahiye aur kaise aap Bank me jaa ke maine aapko jo Hon’ble Supreme court ka order diya hai wo dikha sakte ho.
