Is there even enough information about what’s behind this crowdfunding effort to convince people to donate? What happens to the funds if we do not meet the target set? Will the founders disclose who the potential deal was with, and about what? Will the funds be returned or used for other purposes? What happens if we do meet the target? What is the implementation timeline for the proposed integration?
you cant sign a NDA then ask people to fund the NDA project. They are basically saying, we dont want to tell you the financal details, how the crowd funding will be used, and we don’t want you having the ability to do due diligence on the merits of the “mega partnership”.
For me, giving them more money is insane, as the definition of insanity is “to repeat the same action, and expect a different result”

If they dont raise the funds, is he deal off. Is it really a deal at all if verge are forcing there product onto “some unknown business” and paying for the privilege?

If they do raise the funds, will they show the accounting for the “partnership” go people that donated know, all the funds are accounted for.

My guess is, some obscure Asian company this is having issues financially, has agreed to “incorporating” verge into there failing platform, in exchange for a cash boost. I would also suspect that verge will not be there only “crypto partners”
