Verge (XVG) HACKED!!!

Verge has suffered severe attack (51% attack) on their blockchain which led to the hacker being able to mine a block per second for about 12 hours! This does their credibility and reputation no favour, which already isn’t the best.

This is not good news for Verge at all; the timing of this news is especially bad for Verge. Verge just completed a 75 million XVG crowdfound and was planning to announce the biggest cryptocurrency partnership in the world ever. Will this hack attack affect this partnership?

What are your thoughts on this situation? I would love to hear your thoughts. Do you think this was all planned for an exit scam or do you think they are really unlucky? Do you think they will be able to recover and still secure the best partnership in the Crypto world?
