NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. Sources: Coinmarketcap.com, BBC, Coinbase. The cryptocurrency market is not looking so positive today as most of the leading cryptocurrencies are in the red again. On Monday we saw Bitcoin moving closer to $11,700, but since then it has been on a downward trend we saw saw it sink all the way below $10,600 today. The lowest level Bitcoin reached in 2018 was around $6,100 on February 6th.
Today Coinbase announced a weighted index fund. This will give accredited US investors exposure to all digital assets listed on Coinbase’s exchange, GDAX, weighted by market capitalization. Coinbase says it is working on launching more funds, which are available to all investors and cover a broader range of digital assets.
