Canon EOS R: Paradox

The number of functional paradoxes and misfortunes of timing and pricing conspire to make this the most difficult hands-on video I’ve ever done.

This is NOT a review — there wasn’t nearly enough time for that — nor a traditional preview, either. Instead, it’s an early analysis of where the EOS R fits into the firmament and what this means both for potential buyers and competitors.

For the moment, I believe Fuji and Panasonic have just become Sony’s chief competitors. Canon has a LOT of work to do.
