Ethereum EIP1559 Fee Burn – Let's talk

The current proposal, approved and set to move forward would greatly reduce the current ethereum mining profitability due to the mechanic working as intended and paying miners for fees as part of every block. This disenfranchises many individual miners, yet again through a non-roadmap decision on changing the way ethereum pays for its security.
