This is a first-look at the Odocrypt algorithm for DigiByte
Odocrypt changes the hashing details every 10 days (the epoch) in a bid to deter any ASIC from ever being created for it. It lends itself well to GPU and FPGA mining, as the reprogramming can be done automatically.
The change of epoch occurs every day on testnet to aid with the testing, so in this video I go over the different parts of all the software running on the server I have that is mining Odocrypt on the testnet.
