Sia hardforked successfully! On February 3rd, at block 298,000, the hardfork took effect. All exchanges, mining pools, and other infrastructure updated to keep the network wholly intact. Learn more here

!5032 from Matt deletes blocked skyfiles from portals, previously only deletable if a reupload is attempted.
!5046 by Matt adds siac commands for Skyfile backups/restores. Use `siac skynet backup` and `siac skynet restore` to take advantage of these new features.
!4995 from netzbasis updated building the golangci-lint dependency from scratch to make building from source easier on more platforms.
