The discovery hearing between Ripple vs the SEC finally happened and we got to find out some really interesting things. In fact two very important things related to the future of XRP. The first being how important “fair notice” defence is and how everything hinges on it. The second being Ripple is going to go for a summary judgement much earlier than predicted. If Ripple wins that it is going to have a massive impact on XRP price.

We are also going to take a look at the recent crypto price crash, especially focusing on XRP. The crash is likely due to China putting a pressure on banning cryptocurrencies but that is not going to last long. Also, millions and millions of XRP are being moved to China. Specifically Ripple is moving XRP to crypto exchanges in China.
