IOTA ICT version 0.4.
ICT runs two IXI modules
First IXI monitor two buttons and sends tx to tangle address with message “‘ON” or “OFF”
other IXI monitor that address from tangle and send ON or OFF signal to relay.
those IXIs run on same Raspberry Pi on this example but anyone who is part of ICT network can monitor that address and see tx/messages
