Is Maya Preferred 223 Cryptocurrency Token A SCAM? MAPR Token Analysis!

I’ve watching this project for about 1 year now and seen that the value has dropped almost 95% only in the last 3 month. OK, it has gone up about 7 times before, but it’s still about 70% below the value when it came on the marked, even taking into account the 1:100 forward split. So what’s my stance now?
