Washington police took five rifles, three pistols and other components away from a man they say is the local leader of a small but violent neo-Nazi group. Prosecutors filed a lawsuit invoking the state’s red flag law that allows authorities to take guns away for up to a year from people deemed to be a risk to themselves or others.
