Ripple wants to dismiss the entire lawsuit which has been put forward by the SEC. Lawyers for the CEO of Ripple filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit citing XRP is not an investment contract and all bases that claim that it is, to be baseless.
If the Ripple lawsuit is dismissed then it is going to have huge implications on XRP price. The price of XRP will increase massively and business will go back to usual. Especially in a time when we are going through a massive crypto bull run.
