Ripple (XRP) – Passing #ETH Market cap Mega Breakout 60% Gains and Climbing 589$ EOY?

In today’s video we cover the explosive gains witnessed by #Ripple #XRP over the past 48 hours. Are we all “buying the rumor” as Ripple “sells the news”? or is something larger going on behind the scenes?

In the first article out of Ethereum World News, we cover groundbreaking news of XRP officially passing #ETH by marketcap securing the number 2 position. The experts stated this day was coming, but no one expected it to happen this quickly. This article also details the possibility of XRP over taking the king #BTC at the number one position. To accomplish this, XRP would need to be valued at 2.91$. With the recent explosion in price, and a slow down yet to be seen, this could very well become a reality for XRP.

In the second article coming from the Global Coin, we take a look at the “Mega Breakout” that XRP has seen over the past 48 hours. This Breakout in price is mainly attributed to the news released on Monday that Ripple’s #xRapid technology would be going live in “one month or so” as stated by an executive at Ripple. The article also details three exchanges that Ripple has partnered with that will further the operations of xRapid. The exchanges are #Bittrex, #Bitso, and Coins.ph. Respectively, these exchanges are based in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines. The article also discusses the potential to reach the mysterious “589 by EOY”.

In the last article we cover, from INDEPENDENT, we seek to explain the recent spike in price. In the article they speculate the price bump is due to the “hype” and excitement throughout the community after hearing the news of xRapid going live next month, and the news of PNC bank partnering with Ripple.
