Tony Vays claims that XRP is centralized due to the fact that not everyone can use Ripple’s ODL software solution. While this may be true anyone can use the XRP Ledger and all of its capabilities. We have seen cross border payments organically build coming out of China that have nothing to do with Ripple.
There is a difference between the decentralized XRP Ledger and Ripples proprietary software solutions.
