Rise Up is about fighting the dark negative thoughts in your mind and getting through it especially when its worse which I find is at night.

It’s about being a mental fighter, fighting mental illness by standing up for yourself to those negative thoughts and seeing it through.

I recorded and re-recorded this song but just couldn’t get it vocally perfect. I am really proud of the beat which I made and the lyrics I wrote.
